RETOUR SUR L’ACCOMPAGNEMENT COMMUNICATION ET MARKETING DIGITAL POUR LE COLLOQUE INTERNATIONAL SMCU2020.

LE CONTEXTE

Pendant près d’un an (Octobre 2019 – Octobre 2020) j’ai accompagné l’Université Toulouse Capitole et le laboratoire IDETCOM dans l’organisation et la communication du Colloque International SMCU2020 : La Santé Mentale sur les Campus Universitaires face aux défis contemporains : de la discrimination à la COVID-19. Regards croisés : Communication, Droit et Psychologie. Il s’agissait de la deuxième édition de cet événement scientifique interdisciplinaire. En 2019 l’édition précédente avait eu lieu à Miami, sur le campus de la Florida International University.

Le colloque était au départ prévu en présentiel à Toulouse, finalement comme un colloque assez classique sur la forme. Mais la pandémie liée à la COVID-19 a nécessité une adaptation et un nouveau format, puisque le colloque s’est finalement transformé en un événement 100% en ligne pour les deux universités organisatrices (Université Toulouse Capitole et Université Toulouse Jean Jaurès). Ce changement imposé par la situation n’a pas été sans conséquences pour l’organisation et la communication de l’événement, puisque en mai 2020, 5 mois avant le colloque, le comité d’organisation a dû basculer pour un événement en ligne. Les outils et supports de communication ont donc dû être adaptés en conséquence.

QUELQUES RETOURS DES PARTENAIRES ET PARTICIPANTS DU COLLOQUE

 

Gaelle and Atelier Responsif were in charge of coordinating the marketing, social media. member relations, and logistics for an international conference that had to be converted to a fully virtual event due to the COVID pandemic. She designed all the conference materials including a trilingual website and online registration system. She did not skip a beat when everything had to be moved online, keeping all stakeholders well informed and prepared for the new format. She showed extreme professionalism in the midst a complex and slightly chaotic environment. The conference was a huge success.
